DEPARTMENTS, DIVISIONS, SECTIONS
Dept 1
Department 1, a part of SCF Foundation's organizational structure, is assigned the critical mission of strengthening the organization's operational capacity and expanding its sphere of influence. Directly undertaking high-level external affairs, Department 1 strictly implements the establishment and development of strategic cooperative relationships with domestic and international agencies and organizations, thereby building a solid network of alliances to enhance SCF's standing. Concurrently, the Department bears the primary responsibility for spearheading and executing resource mobilization campaigns (including financial, material, and human resources) from sponsors, to ensure full and timely logistics for the synchronous and effective deployment of the Projects and Programs approved by the Head of the Organization.
Dept 2
Department 2, within the organizational structure of SCF Foundation, is designated to handle all legal affairs, serving as the core legal advisory body of the Organization. The Department's mission is to manage, monitor, and ensure absolute compliance with all current State legal regulations and the internal statutes of SCF. Department 2 directly reviews and appraises the legality of all documentation, contracts, and administrative decisions before submission to the Head of the Organization for approval, aiming to prevent any legal risks that could potentially damage the Foundation's reputation and operational capacity. Concurrently, the Department also carries out the task of protecting the lawful rights and interests of SCF Foundation through legal measures when necessary.
Dept 4
Department 4, within the organizational structure of SCF Foundation, is assigned the authority and responsibility to explore and develop non-profit business activities aimed at self-sourcing supplementary revenue for its targeted programs. This Department leads the development and implementation of plans to generate revenue from special products, services, or events, with the immutable principle of reinvesting all profits generated back into SCF’s humanitarian Projects. Department 4 is tasked with market research, proposing economic models consistent with the non-profit mission, and ensuring that all activities are transparent and strictly comply with the legal framework and statutes approved by the Head of the Organization, thereby strengthening the Foundation’s internal financial capacity.
Dept 5
Department 5, within the staffing structure of SCF Foundation, is established as the central Operations and Execution Unit, primarily responsible for the management, coordination, and mobilization of the volunteer force. This Department serves as the focal point for receiving, allocating, and overseeing the implementation process of all designated Projects and Programs. Department 5 has the authority and obligation to establish standardized operational procedures, ensuring that all volunteer activities are carried out synchronously, effectively, and with discipline, thereby optimizing human resources and achieving the strategic objectives set forth in each specific campaign.

Project Management Unit 1 (or Project Board 1), a specialized entity of SCF Foundation, is established to be directly responsible for the comprehensive operation, deployment, and management of Project 2024.1 "Ting". Concurrently with the project coordination task, the Unit also undertakes the crucial responsibility of spearheading and executing all related multimedia communication collateral production activities, ranging from tactical planning to content production, in order to maximize outreach effectiveness and disseminate the Project's message. Project Management Unit 1 must ensure that all operational phases proceed on schedule, strictly adhering to the objectives and quality standards approved by the Head of the Organization.
P2
Project Management Unit 2 (or Project Board 2), a specialized unit of the SCF Foundation, is entrusted with the authority to operate, deploy, and oversee Project 2023.2 and the Community Development Program in Yen Thang commune. Project Management Unit 2 is obligated to ensure that the Programs are implemented synchronously, in absolute compliance with the action plans and budget allocations approved by the Head of the Organization. The Unit's key focus is to work directly with the local community, conduct research, and formulate long-term community development plans, while simultaneously taking the lead in organizing and implementing social welfare programs to enhance community well-being.

Project Management Unit 3 (or Project Board 3), a specialized unit of SCF Foundation, is fully authorized to be responsible for the operation and deployment of Project 2023.1, "The Loyal Companion." The Unit's core focus is to execute emergency relief activities and ensure the welfare of companion animals, aiming to prevent the trafficking and theft of pets. Concurrently, Project Management Unit 3 spearheads the development, organization, and management of the Pet Identification Program, a strategic initiative designed to enhance accountability and strengthen control over the animal population.
GAD
The General Administration Department, which functions as the logistics and internal control agency of SCF Foundation, is tasked with managing and overseeing essential areas to maintain the Organization's discipline and efficiency. This Unit is directly responsible for all administrative work (including records, correspondence, and assets) and personnel management (recruitment, training, and workforce administration). General Affairs carries out regular and ad-hoc inspections and audits of all units and staff members to ensure adherence to rules and regulations, thereby reinforcing discipline and transparency in all activities of SCF Foundation.

Internship Program
The Internship Program at SCF Foundation is an ideal opportunity for university students who wish to gain access to and accumulate the most practical knowledge regarding non-profit social activities. SCF Foundation focuses on training and empowering Interns, aiming to build a team of interns who embody the spirit of being Formal – Professional – Sustainable upon program completion.
SCF Foundation is committed to equipping you with the necessary skills, attitude, and experience to participate in charitable activities in a systematic and responsible manner.
Upon concluding the internship period, each Intern will be granted a Certificate of Internship Completion at SCF Foundation. This certification is highly valuable because it is not merely proof of the time spent interning; it represents an official recognition from a reputable non-profit organization of the efforts, practical skills, and commitment to social values you have contributed. This Certificate will be a significant asset in your personal profile, helping you stand out during the job application process by showcasing professional, sustainable work experience in the social sector—a critical advantage in the labor market.
Requirements:

Currently enrolled students at Educational Institutions in Vietnam and Internationally.

Must provide a letter of recommendation or complete the Internship Application Form (with the University's confirmation as per the template).

The internship must be for academic credit towards a Graduation Internship or a course Practicum.

Possess professional expertise or a major relevant to the positions at SCF Foundation.

Must not currently be subject to any disciplinary action by the University or local authorities.
