S.MUN Season 7 officially concluded in Vũng Tàu, Vietnam, on Saturday, June 8, 2025, after three days of dynamic activities from June 6 to June 8. S.MUN, the Model United Nations program, consistently aims for two core objectives: to organize realistic sessions and to cultivate professional diplomats.

This year's S.MUN featured two particularly notable aspects:
Security Council Sessions and Strict Delegate Selection: Unlike previous seasons, S.MUN Season 7 carefully selected delegates to conduct sessions in the format of a Security Council meeting. To participate, all delegates needed a recommendation from their school or had to be part of the United Nations system, similar to the selection process for S.MUN Season 5. This ensured high professional quality and seriousness in the discussions.

Intensive Training Camp and Enhanced Collaboration: S.MUN Season 7 was more than just a conference; it was a comprehensive training camp. The program included specialized training activities on the United Nations and diplomacy, historical knowledge related to Vietnam's revolutionary history, and strengthened connections and cooperation among delegates.

Following S.MUN's tradition, the General Assembly served as the voting body, where delegations and delegates collaboratively selected the most outstanding teams, embodying the principle of equality within the United Nations. The results of the voting honored:

- Gold Medal: Awarded to the French delegation, with members Nicolas Bui, Nhien Nguyen, Maria Gunther, Quynh Anh Dussouchet, and Clara Depas from Marguerite Duras International French School. The French delegation demonstrated exceptional diplomatic skills and a strong stance during the sessions.
- Silver Medal: Awarded to the Russian delegation, led by Khuất Duy Đức Dũng from St. Paul American School Hanoi. The Russian delegation left a significant mark with their sharp initiatives and arguments.
- Bronze Medal: Awarded to the British delegation, featuring Hoàng Nam Phú from British International School (BIS) HCMC and Dương Quốc Anh from Joroinen High School.
S.MUN Season 7 unfolded successfully, providing invaluable and memorable experiences for all delegates. With this season's success, we believe S.MUN has reaffirmed its crucial role in nurturing a generation of talented and capable young diplomats.
We extend our sincere thanks to everyone who participated in and contributed to the success of S.MUN Season 7. We look forward to seeing you all next season!
